安徽黑貓新材料有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“安徽黑貓”），由江西黑貓炭黑股份有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“黑貓股份”）與安徽黑鈺顏料新材料有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“黑鈺顏料”）,雙方以股權合作的形式于2021年合資建立，黑鈺顏料整體并入新公司，作為黑貓股份特炭事業(yè)部，全權運營(yíng)特種炭黑業(yè)務(wù)。

黑貓股份由國有獨資企業(yè)景德鎮黑貓集團組建，是中國第一家由國有資產(chǎn)控股、通過(guò)市場(chǎng)運作單一炭黑產(chǎn)品上市的公司，中國工業(yè)500強企業(yè)，連續十八年居中國炭黑行業(yè)第一，世界炭黑排名前四。

黑鈺顏料是專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)特種炭黑的國家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)，擁有三十項發(fā)明專(zhuān)利及實(shí)用新型專(zhuān)利授權，以第一起草人身份主導制定四項炭黑國家標準和數項地方標準，產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售遍及全球近80個(gè)國家和地區。

Anhui Black Cat Material Science Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Anhui Black Cat”), is the joint equity venture company established in 2021, and the former Black Diamond Material Science Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Black Diamond”) is incorporated into Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black Inc., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Black Cat”) and set up as the Black Cat Business Unit of Special Carbon Black to fully operate special carbon black business.

Founded by Jingdezhen Black Cat Group, a wholly state-owned enterprise, Black Cat is the first SOE that is listed only through single products operation. It is one of China's Top 500 industrial enterprises, ranking first in China's carbon black industry for 18 consecutive years and top 4 across the global carbon black market.

Black Diamond is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the production and operation of pigment carbon black. Boasting of 30 invention and utility model patents, Black Diamond is the leader drafter of four national standards and several local standards of special carbon black, with its products exporting to nearly 80 countries and regions worldwide.
